Oh yeah, all right. For this part of the journey. Yes, absolutely, absolutely. Okay, so for this training. So it's going to be done in like phases. So it's not going to be everything. You know that we go over today and then you're just off on your own for next training class. So it will be broken down into phases and. But for this week, for the two days that we're going to review, I'm only going to review the training material with you and just kind of go through it like I would if, you know, there was an actual class here and just walk you through that so [0:00:48] Do you still have access to the training material, something? Yes, yes, Rochana, we have access. And actually, I want to say that we have to change and update a lot of the things based on the recent Iris updates. We have a lot of IRIS updates, so we need to work again on redo, basically the quizzes that we have on farms. We need to change a little bit the questions and answers, and just restart basically in most of these scenarios, [0:01:29] again, and set the new questions and things like that. Talking about IRIS articles, Well, I don't believe we should change a lot, just on specific presentations. Not sure if maybe you want to continue with the same way that we have from UPS of the training. [0:01:52] Like using that specific material, or if you want to bring new material, or if you want us to create new material, because yeah, that would be awesome to know too. [0:02:07] Just just one question. I'm sorry to interrupt. I know that Favi has access. I don't know if Johnny has the access. Yeah, I know. Yeah, all team have access. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Actually, I didn't have access before when we saw the training with Roshana, the last training from the generic question, gave me access to the ITN training in the ITM training. Yeah, the ITM training. Yeah, I have access. Yeah, thank you so much. Yeah, I want to make sure you still have that access, so perfect. Okay, so, so yeah, so that's one of the points in training that I want to go over as a trainer, you will have to make sure to keep these updated as time goes, so you're always like before you have a new training class. [0:03:09] Always make sure to review the training material and that includes like slides, you know quizzes, things like that because things do change even as far as like system changes. Sometimes you might have to create new pictures. We had to do that when they change the look of. So that way the pictures on the slides make more sense when you're teaching so they don't look different from our old system. So there are always be things like that you want to make sure that. updated. So we'll probably, as we're going through, some of these, we're probably going to see [0:03:49] some things, any of the updated just based off of some of the, you know, iris updates and things like that, but that will, you know, that is something that can be done later. I just really want to show you like how we, how it'd go about training and the material that's there and where you would find it. So the first thing that we want to do is get the ICM training itinerary out and let me share my screen actually just to show you what that That looks like. [0:04:37] So here's the ICM training. So this is actually going to give you the guide on which way to float this class. So this is from the beginning to the end. I will tell you that sometimes you might have to adjust what you're doing, so for example, [0:05:03] say we get kind of towards that end of the day and maybe the next thing to teach is the OSHA 3 TAW. And I'm like, oh, that's going to be a lot. I really don't want to push that in the last, you know, 20 minutes. So maybe I'll grab something a little simpler. I'll kind of look at the irises that we haven't reviewed yet. And maybe there's something a little more simpler that I can go through first, like maybe EJF, that can be quicker to kind of review real quick with them, you know, out the way. [0:05:37] So sometimes you might have to make little adjustments like that, just based off of how much time you have and if you want to, and if you're at like, like a big teaching moment. But I was going to ask people how you manage like every topic per day. I mean, how you manage that. It's always going to just kind of depend on the class size. It's going to depend on how many questions you get. You know, things like that. So you kind of just have to look and see where you're at for that day. [0:06:13] And it's just kind of a day by day, like they, they don't tend to end the same day every time. So it'll just, it'll just depend. All right, but, but overall, this is the flow that you want, you know, each step and it gives you, like, even like the PowerPoints that we start with and then it gives you the iris articles that we review within that within those PowerPoints. And then, um, so this will cover all of them and, um, and then when to do the quizzes and things like that as well. [0:06:54] And it's going to give you. I don't have access to the quizzes or the links. I just have access to the email document. Oh, okay. So like yeah, try try to click there and or if you want, you can share your screen journey and in case you don't have access, I can give you access, but but yeah, let me show it. I need to request a permission to add it to the link. Well, let me see. Yeah, if you want, you can share your screen uni and if not, well, I can give you access. No worries. Let me see where I have those. [0:07:40] I mean, for example, wait a minute because it's going to, it's asking me to, [0:07:50] so that's it with a different account with a minute. Yeah, try to do it with the UPS account since I guess like all of you have access to that, but I'm not sure. Let me just make sure. OK, now I can see the link. OK, now I have access to the forms that I guess is the test. Let me try it with the presentation. All right, so you have access now. To the quiz? Yes. OK, now look, I have to send you a screenshot about how they show me what I tend to open the presentation. [0:08:33] The PowerPoint. Did you like it? I need to require permission. Oh, what, which one? The one that say it's breaking kind of relearning? I just trying to open the one to say, yeah, yeah, that one, that one. That one? All right, let me see where I have that. [0:08:56] Okay, but that one is number five so you can can you please share your screen [0:09:14] So go back to the main folder to the folder, the one that is for documents training ICM. I just have the link. Let me send you the link. There is. All right, got you. Yeah, you just have access just to the just to the to that matter. Yeah, to the document. So, Roshana, you will need to give access to the full folder, including all documents. If I think the Russian is the only one that has already that power, I don't have it anymore. Let me share my screen joining just to show you real quick. [0:10:23] What is what we have on that folder? So let me just move this here. All right, so you can see my screen, right? [0:10:35] Okay, so basically we have an specific folder that is training. We have both [0:10:44] ICM and intake and in each folder we have all the materials related to the training. So we have a folder for new PowerPoint presentations that we have and then we have the ones that are from one to 6. So what is the key here that in the intermediary you will see for example that there are some numbers [0:11:12] as you can see this one ppt breaking calendar e-learning number 5. So each [0:11:20] specific presentation will have a number which will be the way to find what is the one that you need to open. So in this case, number five is going to be the one for breaking calendar. [0:11:34] And yeah, it's the same way to find the other rest of the materials. [0:11:40] We have here the ICM in 2019 already, also the internality when they are doing the process for new claims and they start working just as a normal ICM. So we have that to here. And the test results for the for the creases that they take. Perfect. Brandon are you still there? [0:12:09] Okay, so I want to see, okay, I'm going to try something real quick, and then I want you to tell me. I can paint it to where you can edit. I'm just curious if this will allow you guys to still do it. Okay, so I don't know if I can do it. I think I can do it, but I'm not sure. Do what? Can I try? What are you trying to do? To give access to Johnny. I don't know if you already completed it. I did the share and then, well, here's the thing because there's the site access, but [0:13:12] I don't think that's the one I want to use because there's only like management really in that one. So I went ahead and to share it and gave him access to edit. I shared the folders and so Jonathan you should have the invite for that so just let me know if that allows you to open the quizzes and everything that you need to do. [0:13:39] Okay. Okay. Yeah. I got the invitation. Let me open the folder. [0:13:49] Oh, yes, I have now. It's written. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Before I didn't do it to where you could edit. So, I think that was part of the problem. So, I gave you the editing capability. So, okay, so that worked. Yeah. Thank you. Now, it's working. Success. Alrighty. Okay. So, then what you do to go ahead and open that ICM folder. And then we're going to go to also have the itinerary opened up. Okay, so the first thing that it has us go through is like the and the itinerary is greetings and self introductions. [0:14:35] Yeah, pretty self-explanatory. You know, you want to welcome the class in, you know, introduce yourself and, you know, tell them a little bit about yourself and the company and, you know, everyone introduces themselves. So you just kind of get to know each other that way. So I like doing that in the beginning as well as in the beginning. I also like to make sure to go over like the training schedule agenda. And then I always let them know about break times and lunch times. So that way during class, they won't be sitting there wondering when is break. [0:15:19] Okay, you know, and not focusing on the training. is that wondering when their break is going to happen and when the lunch is going to happen. So in the beginning, you want to make sure to go ahead and address that. [0:15:35] All right. Let me see here. All right. So just a couple of like [0:15:45] roles that you would have for training. I'm going to put these in the chat and then I'll send it to you and I can email format too. [0:16:15] And so just some people at points, you know, you're for your role preparing for each training session, preparing to having everything ready to go all your slides, things like that, everything's up to date. Knowing the training materials and where to find the resources. So, get familiar with the training material and where your resources are, whether those are quizzes, whether those are the Iris articles, all of that information. [0:16:52] Explaining process is clearly and at an appropriate pace. Never wanna go too fast because, yes, I mean, there's a lot of information, but you want to make sure to go at an appropriate pace, not too fast, not too slow, We're to slow down on those things that really matter versus some of the things that we can kind of get through quickly because, you know, they they probably will never come across that too often. So just, you know, knowing how to pace yourself that way. keep the class engaged, you know, sometimes you can tell they might be a little sleepy or just, you know, not interested, but you want to make sure to keep them engaged, whether that's, you know, asking them a question, which I've seen you do before. [0:17:44] So, you know, you know, how to do that answering questions or knowing where to find the answer. So always just, you know, there are going to be times where you won't know the answer, you know, but at least maybe knowing where to find that answer. Again, getting really familiar with IRIS and knowing where that information is, sometimes their questions may not be an IRIS though. So if you don't know, then you can always tell them, you know, that's a good question. Let me see what I can find on that and, you know, if you're not sure the answer. [0:18:28] So, uh, watching for areas where someone or the class may be struggling, so, um, you know, usually that's going to be a lot of different specific areas like absence record, you know, things like that so just kind of keeping an eye out and seeing where they seem to kind of struggle or not getting it. sometimes you won't know because they won't ask, so sometimes you just gotta ask them. Yeah, then, and we always tell them, do you have question and nobody else? And nobody's been in the same team. [0:19:03] And we know they have questions. Exactly. So that's what I think, I try to tell them in the beginning is this is where you wanna ask questions, because sometimes you feel like you don't wanna ask a question, but usually there's someone else with that same question that you have that you're not asking and they don't want to ask. So it's best to ask. So just trying to make them feel very comfortable to ask questions, it's important. [0:19:33] Adjusting the training would need it. So that's kind of what I talked about with, kind of when you get towards the end of the day sometimes, [0:19:41] sometimes there might be system issues and that kind of throws off what you're training on at the moment, because I know one time, was that they didn't have access to something and we had some like skip to a different subject because they you know they didn't have the access that they needed in order for us to really work through that part of training. So things like that so you might have to adjust your training. And then communicating questions, concerns, or knowledge gaps to leadership coaches. So. [0:20:26] But this is like. Like a general concern because if we are going to take these to the leadership. Oh, okay, go. She's a leadership. Maybe not so much coaches. Let me remove that. that because that would be usually a lot of times classes go okay but um sometimes there might be someone that you know you might be a little concerned about or maybe there you know seems to be um not doing what they're supposed to be doing okay you know things like that Yeah, we can know that they are really doing something else and not really in the training maybe. [0:21:10] Yeah, that's right, Johnny. And that's why Lou and Danny before take decisions with Kelly in order to decide which will continue with the full process and which of the agents maybe cannot continue in the training. So that's why we need, well, I guess we communicate that Roshana and me and you and on that way, they can take decisions. [0:21:41] So, and again, I will send this all on one thing in an email, but But so I put some points here before training. So we're going over like your role. And then before training, always make sure to review the training schedule in agenda. Review the days material. Make sure that your slides are current and ready to go. So again, same thing. keep them in current is going to be important sometimes like I will forget to go back and change it so like if you remember to stay on top of those great. [0:22:23] Like it's not the thing just going back to the you know training material but but I would typically you know because they usually would tell me you know at least I would say in a month and in advance of a new class so I had time to. So, go through all my training material at that point, make sure that it's, you know, any new processes were updated, but if you want to update as you go, that's probably a better practice to do. Yeah, so yeah, check for recent process or system changes, so that's always, always a good one and have examples ready. [0:23:17] So one thing that I would say would be very helpful if you don't use it, or if you have something similar, but I always use my one note. [0:23:28] So like just to kind of keep all different things together, like I always use that for like my training for like my notes for determinants, you know, you can use all the different tabs and everything. So as I have different things, I keep it all housed there for training. So like when you find certain examples and things like that, you know, just have those. Ready, and then you can also build on that as you're, you know, just doing your normal coaching things like you might see something be like, oh, I can use that for an example in training. [0:24:06] you know, like sometimes I might find like a work duty stat or not certain, like a diagnosis written kind of sloppy, but, but you know, over time you can make it out. So even someone like those kind of handwritten examples, you know, where you might have to see something like this can anyone see what this diagnosis is, you know, different things like that. that. So I would highly suggest using one note, if you don't, or if there's something you use to, you know, keep things together instead of one note, that's fine too. Okay, [0:24:48] so that is. I was really looking for the name of the application one. No, I was trying to find it. I mean, I don't remember how to call it. Now you may be happy because I now remember the name of the application, the one note. Yay! All right, good deal. [0:25:09] Yeah, I would be lost without my one note, honestly, because there was a lot of things. Beth, when I would have to, I've been using it since we had our office in Kansas City with our Kansas City team. I've been using it for that long, where I think I even still have, like, some of my training sessions with, I just, I just find, I just found a lot of information from the training for my first training. I mean, I mean, I received the training. Oh, yeah. [0:25:44] I just find a lot of information. Maybe it will be helpful. I mean, we can match the information. Maybe it will work. Yeah. What's your training class? It was with Terry, right? Yeah. Yeah. I mean, we have some material, maybe we can use it. I don't know. Most of the material that's in the chain, built off of that. So it's just been kind of built off. that but like if you see something I mean a lot of that's obviously going to be really old but if you see something in there that you want to you know add to it then you know that's fine [0:26:29] but yeah the training that we have now was kind of built off of that and then just you know um [0:26:38] modified um okay so during class [0:26:45] all right so make sure to introduce the topic you know like whatever it is we'll move on to like breaking counters and introduce that topic um like a like agenda for the link [0:26:59] um no I'm not necessarily like for the day but just as you move on to different to each topic make sure to just introduce them um yeah um if that's probably self-explanatory but yeah um And then it always explained the why. So when, you know, teaching them, instead of just kind of like going through, okay, you do this step, you do that step, you know, try to explain why we're doing certain things so that way it can help it makes sense for why we're doing it. [0:27:38] And because I think without knowing why a lot of times that keeps them from. It makes it more of a robotic type of work, like just doing it in steps. Instead of doing what makes sense. Trying to explain that in a way that that makes all more sense. But I mean, like, make it all the sense. I mean, for example, let's say why we call those signs? I mean, because the medical document gives instruction and this will affect employee. I don't know, like, like, benefit, something like that. [0:28:17] I mean, that's why we do it. Exactly. And it's kind of like even when someone, you know, wants to send a breaking calendar when all the days have already been answered. And I have to ask them, OK, why do we send a breaking calendar? OK. So it makes them, when they think of the why, it helps them understand, oh, I don't need to send it because it's already answered. Instead of them just looking, okay, here's this step, here's that step, I need to do this, I need to do that. [0:28:48] No, they need to understand why they're doing this step. So that way they know, oh, I shouldn't send the breaking counter because all these days have already been answered by management. So I remember the specific moment like that one when the last training, when I was talking about the John Riquel, I remember I asked why we escalate the RDSCW over mean, to know that boy, boy, what's up with CW, no, I need management request CW to understand whatever they, I mean, that will not be enough, [0:29:23] and I think I don't remember that part. Yeah. Yeah. Good. Good. Good. All right. And then, um, see review the process. So that's, that's going to be a lot of the training review the process demonstrate examples. So one thing is that I was does have a lot of examples in it now, which is great. It didn't use to have a lot of examples. So sometimes as I'm training, I give an example, then I'm like, oh wait, okay, and also here's an example in Iris, which that's okay because you can give an example and then they can always, you know, fall back on the example that's an Iris also because they won't, you know, probably won't remember your example, but try to, you know, give examples of what you're teaching when you can. [0:30:18] So I said, you're already good with doing that, with asking them a question. And then check understanding before moving on. And that can be done through asking questions as well. Just make sure before moving in the subject. And sometimes they won't fully understand. understandable because again this is a lot to learn and it's kind of one of those things where you most like you will learn the basics and training but until you're actually doing the work and it's all coming to you all the you know real responses from management real absence records you're creating and things like that that's when it really starts to click so it might not they might not fully understand. [0:31:13] understand before you move on, but at least if they for the most part understand as much as they can before moving on. And then last. All right, so then. And the section. Recap the most important points. And we typically do that the next morning. And so. Just kind of recapping what you did the previous day. So, in the morning, just over just a very, not very brief, but just like, you know, take 15, 15 minutes to kind of recap the previous day and then, you know, move on to your next [0:32:11] thing. I think we can do that far, like the recap is like a little longer, depending on the topic, For example, the day before we talk about breaking current there, that's a record. Yeah. You think we can do it like a longer record, maybe? Sorry, I don't know if I can. Yeah, I mean, like, I can answer this. Well, that depends, you only that depends because usually at the end of the day, you take some time to create the PowerPoint presentation for the next day. what we do is that Roshana completes the, you know, like the first part, then we go directly straight to the recap. [0:32:57] And that depends on the topics you saw because sometimes some days you can cover more than two or three articles and that's kind of, you know, a lot of information. So that can take more time and after that always they start asking questions about the recap and yeah that depends on the day basically normally the most longest recap is on Fridays or on sorry Mondays because we review all from the previous week. [0:33:38] Okay, all right, all right. And then we'll see. Ask them if they have any questions and allow the new reps to explain the process back to you. So that, that is something that you can do like during, you know. You don't have to wait till the end to do that, just, you know, maybe let's like say, hey, who can, you know, explain the process, this process back to me like the break and counter process or, you know, or break it down in specific questions for it. [0:34:17] So, so that way, that will also help you gauge their understanding of it. All right. So now I'm going to go ahead and start to start pulling up the training. So like I said, I'm sure there's some of it that needs to be updated. But I said that can just kind of be done later. Okay, so we went through greetings and self-introductions, access is review. So number two on the interest is access is review. That's just kind of making sure they have access to what they need to. [0:35:04] So whether that's, you know, g-sharmist, iris, [0:35:10] what else is there? [0:35:14] What else do they need access to? Yeah, yeah, and some of those things take a little bit longer than others. So they usually don't have everything on day one. [0:35:31] But those are the kind of things you just have to keep on working on like behind the scenes and usually Fabian would be the ones. So like I would continue training and he would kind of work on the scenes of Um, getting with, um, it was either like Laura or Danny trying to, you know, make sure everyone had their accesses, you know, sometimes we might have to stop training and have someone, you know. Have them check to see if they have it, you know, so there's, there's things like that. [0:36:02] But, um, but we always want to see, you know, what they have, what they need as far as their access. And then that can start being worked on from that point. All right. So the first PowerPoint is the Citrix login, which is the PowerPoint that I am definitely not too familiar with. [0:36:32] We still talk about the difference between OSHA and workers come. Say that again. And if we're still talking about the difference between OSHA and workers come like at the risk of OSHA, we talk about that more or no idea more. Yes, that's on the first presentation I think. We give like an explanation about what is workers compensation, what OSHA means. We also provide like input in order to explain what is your share means or it works. What is the developer of Gisermis, all of that all continue like the same, kind of the [0:37:16] same, of the same topics that we saw when we start our first training. Yeah. And then I'll show you, we'll go through that whole PowerPoint. The Citrix long end. I don't know if I have that on that folder. I guess yes. Shana, the Citrix presentation is on the PDF and is at the end is the last PDF that is UPS access is step by step. Oh, okay. Okay. [0:37:57] Okay, okay, got it. Thank you. Okay, so I'm going to turn my screen here. Okay, so it is, let's see. I'll do that. All right, so it's this one down here. Jonathan, and then this is what it would pull up. Now, Fabian, you created this one, right? [0:38:32] Yes, that's great. [0:38:35] So this one, I am obviously not familiar with the trick, so I'm thinking through this one, this step-by-step guide for them, but you would be familiar, so you could probably just kind of go through it with yourself but so I would say just kind of go through it make sure [0:38:59] you don't have any questions on it as far as using this to guide them through make sure there's no updates that are needed because I would not know on that. Okay so then that is the first step on and those two go through those process steps there, make sure that they're all good. And then we would move on to the PowerPoint for OSHA Record Keeping Overview, which is this one here. That's what you can told you had the number one next to it. So it is this PowerPoint. [0:39:43] All right. All right, so this one looks like now with these, hold on, oops, oh no, look at that. [0:39:55] Okay, yeah, all right, so I have notes underneath that I read from, not always verbatim, because I don't want to sound like I'm reading all the time. So I try to read it in a way that sounds natural. So this is the OSHA record keeping overviews first thing that we go over. The notes will be underneath. This one does not, this page doesn't have any. So you can, [0:40:27] let's see here. Okay. So then, so the general information I have here, the notes from Um, you know, the breaks or whatever and um, lunches, but that's, that will change depending on when you guys decide to go to break a much and what time of training starts. Um, so then I kind of just wrote this down. trying not to, it's not the, it's kind of the original, but I tried to make it not as wordy. So I just have these popping points under here, just because some people, a lot [0:41:09] of people used to not really come from UPS. So I just give a kind of like a very brief overview of what UPS is, and then I just kind of read through this part here while I have that PowerPoint up. Just kind of gives a very brief overview of our department. I let them know that it's very complex. And, you know, let's see. I also let them know that, you know when they're in training they're not going to go over every single scenario that they will come across and actual claims, you know, but what our goal is to do is train them on the basics for them to get through that type of work and always reassure them that, you know, coaches will be here. [0:42:06] Um, whenever they have questions. Um, Okay. And then. Next one's still, you know, you'll have your notes under here. So you go to your next slide. And then this is where you talk about the. Again, I've cut this down quite a bit because. Um. It was. Wait a minute. Well, one on. Why is that cut off? [0:42:47] Okay, one second. [0:42:52] Something is missing. Yeah, I'll check against my previous notes. There's probably something I need to add to that. But this just kind of tells them about how OSHA came about because you know, we always talk about OSHA record keeping and things like that. So again, they don't need to know every single detail about OSHA. Like really, their main thing is knowing how how to work claims, but yeah, so I try to keep this very simple, you know, let them know what OSHA is in the first place, you know, helps keep the workers safe. And then, still [0:43:40] kind of given them the overview of OSHA and workers comp. Okay, let's see here. Okay, so I'm sorry to interrupt you. I found it. If you want I can copy and paste it again. Yeah, yeah, please. I think it's from here. [0:44:13] Copy that, right? [0:44:20] I guess. Well, that was on the, so this one was on the next thing. The other one. Yeah, the other slide. Let me see. Yeah. Oops, the friend here. Oh, let me see. Oh, maybe there's supposed to be a period. Okay, UPS record keeping rules follow the OSHA guidelines. And we keep our promise. Oh, yeah, it's correct. It's on the way. It's missing the period. Yes. Okay. Okay, leave that there. False followers, I should guide mine. [0:44:59] That's just a weird sense. UPS record keeping rules follows the OSHA guidelines. Oh, I think that's what say an iris. Oh, yeah, yeah, okay. That's what it is. I think that's what that's supposed to say. It's dangerous. We keep our promise is an iris, but hold on because. Yeah, I'm reviewing the all this one that we have before. I need to see if Iris mentioned why why I'm looking for this word is it not okay that's not how I search for okay. Okay, it doesn't like that either. Does that even work on. [0:45:51] Okay. [0:45:56] Okay, well, I don't want to put that there. I'll fix it. I'll fix it. [0:46:01] Because I just don't want to put the word iris there if I haven't already talked about iris, which I know at some point. I, um, it comes up, but I they're going to be like, well, what the desire is so let me just, um, [0:46:28] We're all on it. [0:46:33] There we go. I'll come back to that and fix that. Okay, and then let's see. Okay, so we talked about that. Okay, so then exceptions to presumption of work relatedness. And then you just read. That part there or you can have someone else read it totally up to you. All right. And then after reading that, then jump to the notes here. So talk about work related injuries. So we just kind of go over what company property is an employee slips in a parking lot before their shift that usually is work related why because it happened on company property. [0:47:24] I was going to ask about that part of the traveling, I mean, outside the property, but yeah, you do go with that one. Yeah, yeah, so they are considered to be working at that time and then gives an example there. So I know that like the previous things we talked about. It kind of went more into a way of talking about. It made it seem like we had to make the determination of if it's work related or not. [0:48:00] If you go back and look at any of, maybe like your training material from before, because I know when Terry was still teaching the class, there was a lot of questions about, you know, is this work related? Well, they're never gonna have to determine that, so I didn't even want them to think about it, really, and only look at and medical for that. You know, basically the Dr. Sanfits work related, because otherwise, we just code it, you know, we're not going to think, oh, well, it happened here. [0:48:28] Oh, was this, you know, we don't, so I say here, [0:48:38] sometimes medical issues make this a little more complicated. For example, an employee may already have a health problem. If work makes that problem worse, it can still be considered work-related and we still need to document it. The doctor of your treatment employee makes the final decision whether the injuries work related and if we later find out the injuries not work related management will take steps to close the claim. And then. So here. This one. It says click to show the first bullet points so they come in one at a time. So you just kind of. [0:49:11] Excuse me. Read through each of these. Different bullet points. Okay, so this is just based the basic, you know, it goes general and then [0:49:26] um medical treatment is rendered, loss of consciousness restricted, days away from work. And typically they always have code. Yeah, uh-huh. [0:49:35] Okay, and then um [0:49:39] so I have here a quick to show the first bullet. [0:49:43] Um let me see if I can just Yeah, so it would be like, oh wait, what is it not? That's not doing it one at a time. Why is that? That's interesting. What are you looking for, sorry? So that was supposed to be an exit. That was supposed to come in on at a time. Click to show the first bullet. Because I click on it and then it would show the first bullet. Okay, so. It's not doing that, which is fine. [0:50:44] What's supposed to do? I go here to show you on our list. Maybe. [0:50:51] So some of the bullet points would come in one at a time. [0:50:56] So on the slideshow, so like where I had, you know, with transitions. Yeah, but it's not. I think it works version up but just out of this like on on a normal ppt you know. Okay. In the location. Yeah, in the tool. Yeah. Okay. I think. Okay, so typically You [0:51:34] Okay, I'm going to have to try that. We'll figure that out. Okay. I'm making notes too, so no worries. All right, perfect. All right, so then, yeah, because that is one thing I, for whatever reason, I would use a different PowerPoint when I train, then what's in here? So I might have fixed it on another one, they know I couldn't figure out how to present and see my notes at the same time when it from this one. I don't know. It was a little weird so I might have it. I'll check my other [0:52:19] PowerPoint. Okay, so then we go into the OSHA forms. Okay, so they will never see the the, there was a lot of conversation about, and questions on the original training about, you know, when an employer should report an injury, things like that. And we just do not care about when they should have or whatever. We just need to teach them that the claim is here, you know, if they're, you know, look at the report, they look at, you know, those kind of things, but it doesn't matter with, you know, how many days the employer's supposed to [0:53:03] report it and things like that, because that's nothing to do with this. So I drilled this one down. This shows the three OSHA forms. And then it's the OSHA 301 forms. You to record the details, the 300 forms, logs all the events and the 300A. So I tell them about those three forms, even though we only use the one, the 301. And then so here, we go deeper into the 301 because that's the one we actually use. And even though there's notes here, again, you can add your own [0:53:48] way of talking. So for example, let's see, so like after I show them like these three, you know, I might add in, okay, well, out of these, we're only going to be using the 301 forms. But you know, I might just say that to them. So that's the one we update and bring this into the 301 form. And then, you know, go over that information. Let's see. So we just mentioned the three oranges in general information, but we're going to make emphasis in this one to one. [0:54:31] Definitely when we use the IAS user. [0:54:36] See here. [0:54:38] Excuse me. Do do do do. So this is the first time we're going to tell them about G-Sharmas. So. This tells them that when they do have an injury. That information is entered into global safety health risk management information system. G-Sharmas sees globally to monitor record injuries and auto accidents. See here. All right. So this will be the first Iris that we review. So let me go over to this here. Hold on. Yeah. And so you can see here like when we're reviewing this PowerPoint, It's telling you which Irish articles that we are going to use [0:55:31] through that PowerPoint. So the first one that pops up is the 1, 2, 1, or 6, as your record keeping codes. Also another thing to remember is to check the Irish articles that you're going to review and make sure that they are not archived. So that way, like maybe even the night before, just check them and make sure that they're not archived. So that way, if they are, you can send the message to get them open. [0:56:10] Okay, so then, so now we're gonna go to iris12106, instruct participants to access the iris. [0:56:19] All of them might not have access to iris yet. That's okay to share your, you know, just say, no, that's fine. Just, you know, we would just keep going. And then you can always just share your screen. Then we would pull up the iris, one, two, one, our six. [0:56:44] The bill points from either the chair to click to activate the animation. Okay, so this is also going to be pretty much with matching with iris. Let me just double check. Oops on what was it? I had my iris on that. [0:57:03] What was it? One, two, one, two sets. [0:57:06] Yeah, they were sure it would be a no. [0:57:10] All right. So it's the one we want thing to review. [0:57:17] I don't believe I review every single I don't think I reviewed these just yet. I think I just kind of do a review of this and then dive into it. We don't go to the hyperlinks. Yeah. It's kind of difficult, Jonathan, like trying to train with Iris and because there's not a true flow right like we try it it's it's like hard because there are a lot of hyperlinks and iris to take you somewhere else but it might not be something we review just yet or want [0:58:04] to dig into just yet. Oh okay okay. We'll have other materials to to go through so we just tried to kind of take it from like the thing we need the most um like teach them about the OSHA codes then and then we will, you know, go into record keeping processes, teach them about geosherms. You know, it just kind of has to build. And it kind of seems like putting together a puzzle, you know, grabbing a piece from here, you know, grabbing a piece from there [0:58:43] and fitting it all in to make one big picture. opposed to it being like a beautiful flow of from, you know, one, two, two to three, three, four, you know what I mean? Yeah, I got it now. Yeah, so it's just just warning that it's, it can be a little difficult to because of the way the irises. Okay, sorry. Back to my work point. Okay, so let me just. Let me see if it'll. Do it from here. Now, okay. Let's see if it would. Okay, so on this one. [0:59:36] The first three will pop up. So OSHA 0, 1, and 2, okay? So those will be like the first three that we go over. So, and I have a note here that we are reviewing the 1, 2, 1, 0, 6 review the iris only. We will review first eight NTBFA hyperlinks only TAW and last time we'll be reviewing on day three. Day three. Maybe depends. So, but just we we're not going to dig into it because I'm doing these two are pretty simple right just learning OSHA zero OSHA one there's no hyperlink for two. [1:00:19] But then so we'll dig into those two and review about first aid treatment, you know, that's a little bit easier to kind of review, but then also then comes this note down here that which probably won't make sense to them just yet. Because there, you know, what is an arm process, you know, things like that. So, um, you can choose to not really review this note, but maybe go back to it later. Um, and just kind of stick with this so they don't get confused and they're like, oh, what's it talking about arm process. Oh, hi, what 24 hour test. What is that? [1:01:02] You know, stick with the basis of what is first aid treatment, you know, and then all the things that would just be first aid. And then same with TbFA, so after you learn about OSHA zero and first aid treatment, then we'll come to OK, let's learn about code one treatment beyond first aid, then you'll take them into this iris here. And to go over that is the same thing a lot. of this we'll have additional information that they won't understand just yet. Like a date, [1:01:51] well not one might, well it's talking about RMS Galation again and then they probably [1:01:58] would not truly understand this just yet also. So you can always just kind of save these for later after you get to the RMS Galation and then, you know, that could bring you back to here. Yeah, so far the one patient I just got the attitude to a different place is so we just stayed using one part. So you always kind of have to, you know, remember those things like, yes, we're reviewing IRS, but be careful with some of the parts that would lead you and kind of make [1:02:33] them start asking additional questions that they're not ready for just yet. But you can always tell them like you know this is an escalation process that we'll get back to once we start learning about requesting medical. But first I just want you to know what is treatment beyond first aid. And then for the code two lots of consciousness you can just go over this part with them and because it does not have a hyperlink. The idea is they're only like keep was to be kind of confirmed at L.O.C., we're going to be more [1:03:14] night easier than the other two. Yeah. Definitely. And in order to agree something there, you will see Johnny that they will ask a lot. What means L.O.C.? What means BIC? What means So Rochana, all days, ask the team at the very beginning, that's one of the main, the first iris we review, that is the one for abreviations. I was going to ask that part of me a white show, the iris or abreviations, I mean so quickly, because it's one of the first iris. And she always [1:04:00] And that's a good practice, too, because on that way they can learn how to use and navigate into Iris. So that's that's a good. Like point because Russian always says like what who can tell me what means LLC using the iris for our variations, so they go to their favorites because they know how to be in. irising in favourites and all of that, because Ruchana always provides like tips for easy navigation through iris. So they go there and always they have questions related what means something. [1:04:40] We usually just say like let me know what is that based on iris or abbreviations and on the way they can practice hope to search information on iris. Yes, I'm glad you brought that up because thank you Fabian. That is one thing as you're going through the iris remind them to add it to their favorites. I try to remind them every time we get to a new iris article, say, but as your favorite, you know, so that way, you know, they have a whole list of [1:05:12] their favorites. And yes, thank you again, Fabian. Teach them how to search using key words as well. So they can easily find there, you know, an Irosarticle also. But yeah, so definitely remind them to make it a favorite. And I always just kind of run through the example with them like, you know, I come here as like, you know, I'll tell them, make sure to make this your favorite, click on the star, you know, it already will have the name there, and then save it, and then I will also show them how to get the list, and also [1:05:59] remove it if they need to. So, like, I have a bunch of duplicates here, but, um, how do I I forgot. I didn't. Oh, I did. And a February. Yeah, there we go. And then you can, you know, get rid of your. It's a picture. So. So I would show them both of those things. How to save it. How to delete if they need to. Okay. And so, okay. And then so after you go through those first three in iris, then also, I'm sorry, yeah, also continue with the TAWI last time fatality in that same iris, [1:06:59] but just don't do the hyperlinks test yet or is it just so they know the different codes and what they mean. So you'll go over the OSHA-3. Let them know that we will come to this one later. But just get, you know, go over what it says here, same with lost time, same with fatality. When it comes to fatality, OK, it tells them to consult a coach and all that. Yeah. So this gives them the instructions on what to do if it comes as a fatality, [1:07:38] but you might also want to remind them [1:07:45] not to ever change this to a fatality on their own. I know it says, you know, if they get a change request to consult a coach, but sometimes I don't even want them to see just to read it as a note and want a change of this really emphasized, never ever change to a code five. without consulting a coach first. So yeah. So, and then that is it on that? We said we wish us zero, one, two. We didn't know about the general meeting of the three or four, [1:08:22] and we jumped to the five. Yes, yes. So this way they'll learn all of the OSHA codes and what they mean. but the three and four are the only ones that were not, well, this should have a hyperlake in there, but it doesn't. I mean, it is. [1:08:43] But we will not go into the T-A-W. T-A-W. Yeah. Where does that fall? I see. [1:08:53] What is the Aries, adequate or what's your answer, E? For the OSHA four. [1:09:02] No, no, no, I mean the one, the one, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, zero, six, okay, missing, hyperlink. All right, thank you. I'm just thinking what's about all we need to fix. [1:09:22] So in the way we can go in advance, yeah, I know there's probably like a whole lot that needs effects on the virus articles unfortunately. And probably with the updates that we mentioned on that previous meetings that they will go to service now probably this also can change a little bit we don't know what we'll be but hopefully we'll be easier. Hopefully yeah um let's see here [1:10:01] um okay so that one and then where where we I think that was the okay so yeah and that was the end of general information. And then you can, you know, ask if anyone has any questions, things like that. That would be in day one. Still day one, yes. You'll get through all that, [1:10:31] you know, you'll still have time for more. But yes, that will be the start of day one. [1:10:41] We'll see brief explanation of EPS and Andrea Otto. I think that is already covered in that PowerPoint. Yeah, it is what EPS is in our department. So that's actually already covered on that. How many of you are reading about the three fields? Say that again. And then the seven point, I mean, talking about the. The three fields we used to data claim the individual part of the object, maybe he's talking about that part. When you say when we cover in the last presentation, what do you mean? [1:11:26] She's talking about what means injury and I would like what we do on our service on our department. Okay, you're in point three. Okay. No, I just see your mouth. I think I saw in number seven. Okay. Okay. No, sorry. My back. Yeah. No words. And we're reviewing the presentation number one. it doesn't provide a full explanation so probably that's why that's why we leave that last time as a point three because we're playing also a little bit about intake but just very You know, Supervisio? [1:12:04] Yeah. Oh, no, let me see. Let me go. This, I got all my stuff in one note also. Let me park my. [1:12:42] One of the favorite things. [1:12:49] Well, I think I'm okay. [1:13:14] Okay. [1:13:28] After self-introduction, tell them about UPS, I told them about engineering auto. I actually show them how to do IRS next. [1:13:56] Yeah, the point for will be in well, we can do that in the same point of point two like accesses review, then let's go and let's check areas. [1:14:15] Maybe. Like on that way, we can review if they have access and at the same time, we can just prove to, to see. And, and I recycle maybe the one to one zero six and say it's just hold on. Let's check the presentation later on, we will go and we will check all that I recycle. Yes, so yes, so the iris because I have like one kind of, I guess the itinerary that I typically would use, I have for the greetings, show them how to get to iris. [1:14:56] and state to the favorites, which I guess would just be generally fall under accesses review. Things should they have access to iris, so that would fall there, so they should already have it, and then on. Then do the OSHA record keeping overview. So let me just take an out of about this just to fix it for next update. So include 0.4, 2.2, 0.8, 0.2, 0.8, 0. Okay. Okay. And this is another thing, Johnny, that you will find many times. With the time you find things that you can improve for next trainings. [1:15:52] So this always is like an evolution. Like you always have new ideas or you always find new ways to go to new information. Maybe just to give you an example before we use the the learnings, but the ones that were on I don't remember that that tool, Roshanna. Oh, the one of the professors. Yeah. they might have a center. So now they delete all that and we need to just restart doing those immodels or e-learnings and we go and we find another way that was using the Microsoft forms. [1:16:41] So always you will find new ways during the for the quizzes during training to to get new tools or to apply new things to the training and it can be constantly getting new information or new ways. So that's something that is so good from this specific training that always you can also try to check new things. And then just, you know, a lot of times things will not always go as planned. So that's okay. Just kind of go with the flow. Like Fabian said, we didn't expect for them to take away our e-learnings. [1:17:31] That was, you know, like we had to just like make it up, you know, so things like that will happen, you know, training sometimes isn't go as smoothly as you plan. Sometimes there'll be little hiccups. And like I said, just go to the flow. You have like all of the your agenda here and what you need. So just [1:17:57] Yeah, but it will be fine, but just expect for some things to happen like that sometimes. And like Fabian said, you will constantly find things to adjust and you know, change things here and there. [1:18:14] So yeah, that's to be expected and that's perfectly fine. [1:18:19] Okay, so then we have, what is next? Our PowerPoint number two for OSHA record keeping process. So that. There we go. Our income here to our PowerPoint to. Okay, so our next lesson that we're going to get into. Click on the notes. There should be notes underneath. Um, so then, um, so this here again, um, I just kind of put a general thing that I want to stay and you don't have to read things verbatim. You can just, you know, kind of put them into your [1:19:07] home words if you want. Um, and then let's see. So we tell them here that there's going to be a variety people working on these OSHA claims, so just make sure that claim it right and allows for them to be processed consistently across all locations. So we go into what the different walls are. So we have like the employees, the supervisor and medical provider, and then this here just kind of gives you what to kind of say about each one. Who is the employee? That's the person that's been [1:19:44] and injured or became ill on the job. It's a supervisor, and that's them. Hawaii's UPS management, supervisor, they're responsible for filing the initial claim and entering the entity's shermis when that injury is reported to them. [1:20:01] What's the medical provider? They're the ones who treats the injury. They determine the work capacity, whether the employee's restrictions, they need to be out of work, or if they can work regular duty. And they also establish whether the injuries were related or not. No. And then get into more roles. I see an injury in auto group, internal auditors, which, you know, again, things that need to be updated. [1:20:32] I feel like, again, these slides need to be fixed because I had to use my own slides and update those. So I'll come here and kind of make the corrections the updates. But obviously, we have more than just two auditors. And then, you know, and obviously, the auditor rules have changed also. So, you know, things like that have to be adjusted. [1:21:02] And if you want, you don't even, I mean, it's up to you if you want to name them, you can just say, you know, we have, you know, auditors here and then, you know, say what they're in charge of them. I think it's right. I think it's a good practice because you get familiar with with the team. So I have a way to mention the names. So who is our auditors that we would mention? So, in that case, it would be Anna, right? So, you can mention Anna at the auditor. Maybe the coaches that will, like, all that information, but mentioning, you know, like the names providing names, that's, that's what I mean. [1:21:51] Right, no, I know, but I don't like, I know Ashley and Chrissy, so they might see their name. maybe. And then do we, I don't know is Helen and Giovanni considered auditors or do we, you know, do we include them as well? Um, yes, I think. Okay. [1:22:27] Okay, I don't know. I just just like, well, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. [1:22:35] Okay. [1:22:39] And obviously this information has changed because they're not going to get the emails. Well, at least not from Ashley and Christie, so I don't know if they still, you know, I don't know, but you'll have to, you know, I think we can, we can update that, we can update the I rate, take the notes. Yeah. Okay, because, for example, well, this is something that is from XCenter, but yeah, they get an email to with, with the form, well, on the way that is from XCenter, you know, on XCenter weight. [1:23:15] But they get the same, like the information if it was a positive or a minor, etc. So it's kind of the same. Okay. Yeah. All right. Perfect. And then we'll see. Okay. So then we have the insurance carriers. So, I'm not sure if that needs to be updated. I think that or these are still the things, and then you can just mention that we work with the following insurance carriers. Most of it is through Liberty Neutral, and then we have some more specific state carriers for those states. [1:23:59] And then if you want to add to it like what's the job of an insurance carrier as you can, you know, you know just kind of give a brief explanation of that personally fine. [1:24:15] Okay, so we have the corporate risk management and health and safety. So then it tells about them because those are people who may, you know, call in or them, you know, my scene notes from them on the claim. So just kind of tells them who those, you know, what they do. [1:24:47] This time here, you can, you can put like questions, you may want to ask them. [1:24:53] Okay, do you think we can add in this, in the second slide, when you say supervisor, like it's pervisonous slash manager maybe, because in the time we can see that manager entered the claim, instead of the Skirmann, or what you're going to see, what? So as until the end of the same time, we have duplicate. [1:25:29] Let me just say, you know, okay, okay, yeah, I agreed to fix it right now and since on that way we we kind of just return and do that. Okay, well, yeah, we can do it. Yeah, no worries. I will organize that right now. Okay. That's that's that's number two, right? Yeah. Okay, and then we have the phases of the claims, so. Um, fun. [1:26:10] So you can read right from there. [1:26:18] All right, Prickson. No, I can see it. No. I'm sorry. [1:26:34] We will then claim faces. [1:26:40] Yeah, I think these say basically the same thing. So you can read right off of there. [1:26:52] Okay, we can explain that the client is there at close. I mean, it's not to be inactive, but they're close. Can they identify that maybe? [1:27:00] Play that again. That maybe explain that the client is going to be at the last moment like an inactive phase, but it's not going to be closed because until we start working the client again, something like that maybe. Yes. [1:27:34] I'm going to go find my partner. Let's just... [1:27:42] Hold on one moment, sorry. [1:27:57] I was saying that that was... [1:28:03] I'm sure I've been keeping up with this. [1:29:28] Thank you. [1:29:43] Okay, so [1:29:59] Okay, I did update because these, I ended up not using these slides. That's what it was because it was different. So, like, let me share my screen, sorry. [1:30:28] Yeah, I remember that last last training, you, yeah, we present different ones like amazing on the nodes that we found you, you present the previous one. Yeah, so we can, yes, we can just attach that one. Let me take that note. Yeah, because they had you changed like the. Before month. Yeah. And so. But I ended up not using that because it was. Not. It didn't. Like the little. What am I trying to get? Like the slide show animations and stuff wasn't worked right. So I know I'm not using that. So that's why some of that is not there Jonathan. Sorry. [1:31:27] So this one here. I'm just going to. So like I have the claim phases here and spoke to each one. So I'm just going to copy and paste all the notes from here into the. So that's why, sorry, because I was so confused. I'm like looking at it and I'm like, wait a minute. It's like something different. Yeah, so I'm. [1:32:11] You based it as as image. Yeah. Yeah, I was like, wait, that's not what I wanted. Okay. So, that is it. You like that? Okay. Why are some words over here and there's some stuff here? I don't even know. Okay. So that's how that one's supposed to look. Let me see. And that's probably also what was going on with that on that where I said it was like the work head off a little bit. I think I started updating it and then I just went back to the other PowerPoint. [1:33:00] So let's see. Okay. All right. [1:33:22] So then that is that PowerPoint. So this you can speak to like this just kind of goes through this part. They really don't need to think of it as initial active and active, honestly, but because that's just not how like we think of claims. So I wouldn't stress like the face part too much and maybe just address it as, you know, just kind of quickly say, well, you know, there's different phases of the claim. And but this is basically how, you know, it goes from start to end. [1:34:12] Okay, and then I'm going to go back to the itinerary. Okay, so then we would then from there go into our intrudage shermis, which is power point three. Okay, so now I know this one is correct. This one also has interactive animations, I believe, or is that the breaking calendar? [1:34:53] Yes, that's right. Okay. So, this is our intro to G-Sharmas. I'm not sure if it needs to be updated based on, well, I think it will because now there's changes. I know they added the little the little button for a workday and the email thing has changed. We need to update. Yeah. So, what is kind of go over what we have? So, Entry to G's term is with our notes on this. No notes on that until we get to here. And then just tell them the name of it. [1:35:34] In addition, you know, to US injuries and auto accidents, D-Sharmas monitors, international injuries. So this is just kind of what to say during each bullet point also. And then you may hear the reference of origami origami developed the software who owns D-Sharmas. and so because you do we do see origami quite a bit. So that just kind of explains that to them. [1:36:07] What type of claims do we use? So we have work on claims on the one. [1:36:14] And then these are your talking points down here. [1:36:22] And then this will teach them how to log in to D Sharma. So there's no notes down here. So it's just basically following the page. And then take them to those steps. And at this time, we are. more. It's still the same way. I mean, when we open the, when we love into EPA, it's in the ocean of G-Share meter right there, has seen this a lot. Oh, I think yes, in the US, one when yeah, but we probably will change this a little bit later on, [1:37:09] since we have a different way to access that is easier for them throw seed tricks. So they now they are accessing just the Russian and all. They are accessing to your shirmies using my apps. You remember the my apps thing that have like all the apps from UPS. So that's that's the way they are accessing now to your shirmies. But that's that's okay like we can update that later. Okay, all right, perfect, and then we would tell them about the how to get to their dashboard to their CCR dashboard. [1:37:59] And making it a favorite. [1:38:05] Now this one does have notes. [1:38:13] Oh, wait a minute. No. No. No. Yeah, that's weird. Yeah, yeah. Okay. I think maybe those notes were on this. Where would I don't know. But no, this is just introducing them to the dashboard view, so no notes needed right there. You can just say, OK, I know what happened. So at the moment that we start using the template for the presentation, on that slide, we miss to delete the nodes, because at that template it includes nodes at the time. So yeah, that's what happened. Oh, gotcha. Okay. Yeah, so on that one, you just, you know, say, okay, let's, you know, take a look at our dashboard view and then go into the next slide. [1:39:22] So it's going over the different widgets. So the change request 24 hour new claims audit follow up. to W, last time terminated, overdued, task, and then this kind of tells them, you know, what's in each one. And then you can actually just read right off of here. Or, you know, have a class read, of course, and that's always a good option. That would be a benefit, a benefit for those of you. Yep. And then, okay, so then, okay, so, come on. Okay. [1:40:20] Okay, so each of these widgets, then you're going to kind of discuss what they are. So this one starts with the change request. And then it just, you know, kind of gives them a brief explanation, even though they don't know what change requests are. It's just kind of, you know, given them a very general idea of what it is. So they know so I'm trying to so when you're discussing this box here, then you're talking points would be change requests. Here, um. [1:41:08] And then same thing with claims for new injury, new claims injury. Let's see. Oh my goodness. Oh, thanks. See it that well. down here. Okay. And now I wonder, it is going to be like, well, I mean, we can figure that out later, but it's going to be a training only for aging. It's going to work new claims, or training for everything. The training always needs to be focused to all the process. Yeah, then if management team wants to just focus the team on a specific category, they can do it. [1:42:06] And they will let us know later to maybe get a training, whatever. But the first first training always needs to be the complete training, including all the topics. [1:42:18] Okay. All right, so again, we're just kind of going over what the widgets are. And then, you know, you're talking points to be on here for you. [1:42:31] And this is more so like so you don't forget or you don't draw a blank, you know, so so again, you don't have to say exactly what this said, but it's just a kind of like help you get through it. You know, so you don't forget to, you know, anything about them. So I'm see. So the next one here. [1:43:03] I'm going to continue on request, you know, for due today, other tasks do appointments due to today, overdue, oh, there we go, overdue requests there. So don't have any notes on that one, but again, you can, you know, just give them a very general overview. And then this is for the CCR all tasks, you know, kind of tell them this is basically all their, you know, all their tasks, past, present and future. And then it goes on to reviewing claims and that's on this part. No, all right. So this here is pointing out to [1:43:58] clicking on the claim so that they can search for a claim. That's I think it's working. Russian, if you want to try. Clicking on presentation like to show you need the transitions. Okay. We always have transitions in the yellow, I don't know how to say that. [1:44:24] The arrow? Yeah. That's right. Okay. Why is it okay? Yeah. So where's? So we're viewing playing and all right there's where we want to click to open up to type in the claim number. Here's where I can't see if there's any that's on the sun. I don't know. You can display the nodes in the other one, not that one. Yeah, I think it's that one. Which one? This? No. No. And show. Yeah. I don't know. Yeah. It's better just to open that on the app. Yeah. [1:45:28] Okay, there we go, points to where we put our claim number, and then here, then after the action selected, use the search button, so we would search for the claim. This is shown in the, where we can search by employee name, we can search by the work comp claim number, or the carrier claim number, or we can search by the UPS claim number. And here we want to tell them about the, this will show the last 10 claims that you have opened. [1:46:10] So that shows under your recently viewed. [1:46:15] And our claim number, we always want to click to open the claim over here. On this side, We never want to click the operating center. Always click the claim number. [1:46:27] I just, I have a question. I don't remember if I saw it or not, but do you mention about like, I mean, like they different between UPS claim number and the work is commas claim number. [1:46:42] And I would have claimed that I finished with two and normal claim is finished with one. So do you mention that part maybe? Um, I don't think it's written to mention it, but you can mention that. Not that. Yeah. It can occur to me when you, when you show, I mean, I was searched by the claim normality. So we have to ocean the WC and the non-IPAA ads to a zero. So I was wondering if we mentioned that before the difference. I don't think so but yeah I don't remember that like we we didn't we didn't [1:47:25] last time and well last three times that I remember so yeah it can be good just to mention it probably well when my recommendation will be like don't try to go very straight to that because maybe they can ask you more questions like what is how to liability and then start by giving it or going to the wrong way. Maybe the three parts that we have brave explanation of UPS in you on a slash auto maybe in that part maybe just mention that they are in a clean number at least with one and two and the number can happen [1:48:08] with WC or yeah, maybe that one. Yeah, it'll be great. I will take notes about it, Juni. [1:48:16] All right, so this is on the slide of Ingrid. Maybe they asked where the number came from. I mean, I don't remember when they entered the claim. A claim, UPS claim number is assigned and the WC is when the claim is accepted, but you're team it's all. Well, that's too much because they will ask, and what is, I said, what means that is accepted or what is liberty mutual. So, I think with just with the difference, like we have injury claims are for employees and we have auto claims. [1:48:53] are for vehicles. The main difference you can find is that the injury claims to start by two to eight, right? And the only one is started by other numbers. So in order to don't go and provide too much information at the very beginning because that can be confusing. But I already take notes and we will update that with you on the next sessions. Yeah. And then also, you know, you can tell them to, you know, pay attention to the coverage over here as well. So yeah, like the two five claims are auto. And then you can quickly [1:49:34] see the coverage and then two eights are the injury claims. Now they will sometimes get older claims, possibly that are not one of these claim numbers, but ones that start with a one, but yeah, so, you know, you can definitely tell them, you know, like on the screen, there's a difference here, we always want to work the ones that say work comp or start with that to eight, and yeah, yeah. So, yeah, we can definitely do that. Okay. All right. That's the last. No, okay. All right. So then we go into like the open task. [1:50:32] Explain what open task are very, you know, kind of brief explanation. all notes, recent emails, contacts, and files. So we're just kind of telling them, we're just showing them G-Sharmas, and what these little sections are for. [1:50:52] We want to make sure it's like, oh, dang it, I cooked the long button. We want to make sure that I was trying to escape out of there just to see if we had any talking points on that. [1:51:07] Okay, so we just kind of want to give a brief explanation. So, for example, open task, these are what brings us back into a claim, something that we need to check on, you know, all notes, notes provided, you know, by the by us, the carrier. And, you know, let me just check something here. I want to see if I had this one. [1:51:38] I'm sure the geosharmonist. I want to see if I think I had to have made a separate one. [1:51:54] Yeah. [1:52:11] Yeah, the thing is Roshanna, then when we click on, for example, the circle that say it's open task that displays a transition to other tab that gives the description about what it is an open task. So if you're still going down, you will find those there. Okay, got it. Okay, I didn't have it on another slide too, but yeah, it's the exact same. So, okay, perfect. I didn't know if this one got fully updated, but it looks like it did. So, okay. Okay, so then I'm sorry, let me go back then. Do not give a brief explanation when you're on this slide here. [1:52:58] Just kind of tell them, you know, we see in these categories over here, open tasks, all notes, recent, you know, on packs, and then the next slides will break down, break those down. So, um. And also, I think we could, we need to show the new view of the claim. So we probably would have to redo these slides so that it matches with what it looks like now. Maybe, I mean, I think the only thing is that workday button. Yeah, we can just, well, I think this is easier for us. Just add it on a new tap, like find this claim to 8047. Yeah, you know, and just put it at the background like in the same picture. [1:54:02] Now we'll be basically the same. We don't need to update a lot of information and of course at the where they part that will provide an explanation that says that is a direct link. link or the word they provide. No, it works. It tells about that. Here's your. Well, let me go back into. Okay. [1:54:41] Okay. [1:54:48] Okay, open task. All notes. [1:54:59] I might want to change this garbage too. I know there's like a lot of things they HRC and a lot of times, you know risk management health or safety to so call us HRC. Technically it's employees services, but so we will see that, you know, and we can also let them know like, you know, if the HRC that that is an HRC employees services is the same thing. Okay, recent emails, I can read it directly from here. Same with contacts, files. [1:55:49] And then we just sell about this section up here. So again, we yeah, we definitely need to put the new little link that shows there so we can tell about that as well. [1:56:04] And as in this is just going to kind of break down each section of the claim. So, so you're just speaking about, you know, what we use, what, you know, like a brief explanation of what things mean. So like we can see here, the coverage is workers comp. This is our UPS claim number. This is, you know, the carrier's claim number, the carrier is the insurance provider. And then the status is open. We never really care if it's open or close, you know, tell them about these buttons here that they can use. [1:56:45] Like a short note. And then just explain what's and what is in this and injured employee information, making sure yes, we can like cover everything, but tell them the things that we really would use. So, like, you know, obviously like employees name, maybe their employee ID number, [1:57:09] job class, oopsie. [1:57:16] You know, job class, possibly date of birth, because, you know, they might have to call healthcare provider, employee status, showing actively this is important to know. And, you know, full time, you know, those things, and you can let them know we're not worried about their higher date or how long they've been with UPS. And, you know, we never want to use any of the phone numbers listed for the employees. We never call them employees, and we don't need their emergency contact. [1:57:58] Same here. We never want to send anything to a personal email or call the employee. So we never, you know, use that section, and we can give an explanation of this section because we would use that when we have our third-grade class. [1:58:22] supervisor manager, so that's their email address and name and then go over like the last day report date information. Again, it's just kind of showing the claim from the top to the bottom and what we actually use. We don't really use these sections. [1:58:55] And then here in the ender details, this is where we get our 301s, same always let them know it is important to read the what happens section but we never update that. And but these are the three that are very important to make sure that they're updated correctly, but always important to read what happened. All right. We will use that one. Do not use this ever, ever, ever. And go over the OSHA regular Tory section with them. Medical information section. Now, another thing that has been added since this slide was made was, [1:59:47] I'm not only do we have the risk management team, the TAW section, but we now have access to the lost time section again, first management. [2:00:00] I remember that final day of the claim that we had recently. Yeah, because we used to have a long time ago and there was actually a process that. For ending long lost times that we needed that lost time section for so we couldn't do that process anymore because they took away the lost time to risk management. I ensure that to you later but. But now we're able to use that again, so I haven't actually been teaching that in training because we didn't have it. But now it's back. So yeah, I already added to the nose. No worries. [2:00:47] So, um, Okay, and then record properties. You can like let them know what this is like. This is when it was entered into G Sherman. This is the person that entered the claim. Do we typically use this not so much? Um, like I like you might when it comes to like duplicate claims, just to kind of see which one was entered first, but other than that, we really don't use record properties. Um, and then we're not corporate, so we don't use that current financials. We can definitely explain what that is along with recent transaction history very briefly, because later on we will dig into it more in Iris. We just really wanted to show them. [2:01:43] The parts of the claim. [2:01:53] Sorry. So let me see here. So we got through way less than I expected, which is fine. So we might need more time than just tomorrow. Because I think we're only 12 to 2 today. I think tomorrow we're 12 to 3. All right. Will that work for you if we go further than just tomorrow? I mean, are you right now? No, I mean, so right now for this training, we only have two half days today, a half day today, a half day. Okay, okay. But I don't know. I think we might need more time than that. So, um, [2:02:54] oh, okay, okay, like an extra day, yeah, yeah. I think so. I mean, yeah, for me, I agree to, We can request it, Roshanna. What we need to know in advance is if it would be like we will go straight this week, right? Like if it's possible. So today, one day tomorrow, Tuesday or Wednesday and maybe another day. Thursday. Yeah. Because I know tomorrow is going to be both. I see him and and take an intake. Yes. So yeah, that's that's fine, yeah, I think we are okay. Yeah, we are okay in that way. Well, I don't know, let me, let me take a look here and well for you only that that also will works at tomorrow, I cannot be all the session. [2:03:52] I have another meeting at two and this one goes till three tomorrow so yeah I will jump out but at the end of the day I want I want to show you now what I'm doing so on that way joining you can take notes and just be adding that here so in In the same folder for training ICM, I create this word that states missing update info training. So it's a word document you can edit now that you have access. So you can just add what you find or what we're trying to find. [2:04:38] Yeah, you can just write it like very simple, doesn't need to be very detailed. And that way we can just have the notes about what we need to change or what we need to update because probably as you mentioned before tomorrow, I need to jump out. And Rochana, do you know, maybe, well, this is for tomorrow, I know. But do you know if maybe we will do the same with intake. Yeah, I think so. All right. Okay. I think we'll probably have a much longer list of things to update. [2:05:14] Yeah. Yeah. Because we we changed to service now on all the those things. Yes. We will need to update a lot. But yeah, at least we have some notes now from today meeting. And tomorrow, we can continue with that. I will talk to Danny to see if we can schedule people for assistance for the next two days. Okay. Not for tomorrow for Wednesday and Thursday. Yeah. Uh-huh. Yeah, I think that'll be good. And. And then we'll just kind of see where we're at from there if, you know, if we need additional time. But yeah, that sounds good to me. I'm on board with that. She needs to have Brandon reach out to me here. [2:06:03] What, that's fine. Oh, yeah. I think we'll be better if Brandon requests it to Danny because in that way we can just go straight and I can just ask or check on the old days. who can help us with assistance. I think it would be Danny again. Danny is very good with SLA, so or she can help us. Okay, I'll let Brandon know that we want to do like additional [2:06:41] Jonathan, is that work for you? Yeah, it's perfect. Okay, all right, and are you good with the same thing like doing 12 to 2 or 12 to 3? Yeah we can't see yeah I keep maybe if we could sign up to a ferry maybe so okay like we're up to lunch maybe. Why who needs lunch? We're learning here. No I'm just kidding. Yes yes I will. I'll as rated we do like 12-30 for this start and so you can have lunch absolutely. So thank you. No, but yeah, the time is perfect. I mean, the time is perfect. I just made [2:07:21] at least twenty-fifty, man. Oh, I thought 30 is good. We'll give you some time. But yeah, I mean, the time is perfect. I mean, more day and every day, I mean, perfect. All right. And let me double check. Was training till two or three today? today. Today was two. Two, okay. All right. That's on the make sure I wasn't missing anything. [2:07:50] Jenna, I have another question. Do you know maybe if tomorrow Christmas would be on the meeting because I didn't, I didn't have a chance to look. I mean, no idea. Let me see. Hold on. Brandon sent out. No, no, it's just going to be me on on the phone. All right. Okay. And Jonathan have access already for the intake one. Maybe you you can share now. Yeah, I did both folders. Okay. Perfect. All right. It should be good. Just to make sure Jonathan, did you get access to both ICM and intake folder? Yeah, I have both. [2:08:37] Okay, all right, perfect. All right, now we will do this again tomorrow. Is it 12 o'clock? Okay, for tomorrow, Jonathan, or, oh no, actually it starts before then. [2:08:55] So you see, actually he has 9 to 11, he did 9 to 11, and then what is this okay and yeah no tomorrow that the issue here is that we today tomorrow we start at 9 to 11 then from 11 30 11 30 to 12, we have the weekly touch that is the like our meeting or weekly meeting, but we'll be with Laura. So probably she will give us, I don't know instructions or something like that, then we go from 12 till three yeah on this on this one so there's like yeah tomorrow maybe we can have [2:09:55] launch after three well why don't I just ask them to do 12 30 tomorrow instead of three. Is that work better? I don't know. So do you mean until 30? Yeah, or see. Yeah, well, so instead of 12 to three, maybe we can do 12 30 to 3 30. Okay. Okay. So that way that like, you know, you have from 12 to 12 30 to, you know, go to lunch. Because otherwise it's like non-stop nine. Yeah, it's going to be a minute whole day. Yeah, we need to organize this [2:10:39] patch journey because I'm covering you. So one just only one of us can take the launch. So probably I would say to Aniella and she can take this patch once she's covering and Margarita, we need to figure it out. [2:11:04] All right, well I'm gonna, on my side, I'm gonna ask Brandon to move, tomorrow's meeting instead of 12, 12, 30 to three. And then add an additional training on Wednesday and Thursday, 12, 30, or not 12, 33, 12, 30 to 3, 30, and then Wednesday and Thursday, 30 to 330. Yeah perfect. Okay. Okay cool sounds perfect and you Jonathan make sure if you have any questions bring them on you know because you know this is this is what we're for. [2:11:46] Oh yeah it is right right now I mean it's pretty good I mean that's really thank you for everything both of you. We have more questions later. Okay. All right. Okay, guys. Well, I will see you on the other side on the coach side. All right. Thank you so much. You're welcome. Thank you. Thank you, team. Bye-bye. [2:13:16] You
