2026-10-19, Jacks-iMac. Every bundle the two Macs have shipped each other through iCloud sfg/, what each one fixed, and whether this machine actually has it. Brandon said the other Mac has fixed a lot and told me to find all of it. He had to say it twice, because the first sweep covered only one of the two channels. 34 bundles carry 653 payload files between them.
sfg/ carries bundles of skills, hooks and payload files, and that is what the table below covers. SVG/ carries 884 handoff documents, 76 of which mention the MacBook, and that is where the MacBook's own fix log lives. I reported the sfg/ sweep as "all of it" before opening SVG/ at all.
The two richest documents there come from one session on MacBookPro running a self-paced /loop for roughly twelve hours with no user input: [MACBOOK-OVERNIGHT-2026-09-03] handoff.md and its predecessor from the day before. That is the autonomous overnight operation Brandon was describing, recorded in its own words. Here is what it found, and what each one looks like on this Mac today.

skill-sync-2026-08-12-session-audit-meter-fix. Its own first line says the other Mac's copy of analyze.py inflates every token figure and reports a batching rate that cannot ever be non-zero. The cause: Claude Code writes one JSONL record per content block, so a message carrying three parallel calls becomes three records of one call each, and a per-record test never sees a batched turn. This Mac's analyze.py does carry the fix, dated 2026-08-12, so its 6% reading is sound. My own hand-rolled parser did not, which is how I came to publish a 0.0% rate for this session and build a hook on it. Re-measured keyed on message.id: record-split ratio 2.41, 128 tool turns, 42 batched, 32.8%. The hook carried the same defect and would have fired forever on a well-batched session; it is fixed and re-proved on 8 of 8 controls.
