The decision rests on two things. Brandon's own call, "but its done", about his own project. And a structural tell that does not depend on ChatGPT's honesty: its reported defects stopped naming the preset pack and started naming its own previous output, such as V10's handoff pointing at the extracted V9 directory while its release identity said V10. Each nudge bumped a version, the bump made the previous pass's documentation stale, the next pass fixed that staleness and bumped again. A self-feeding loop.

ChatGPT also reported that all 55 preset designs were byte-identical from V9 onward. That figure is its own self-report and is NOT verified here, since none of V9 through V14 exists on this disk; those packs live only as attachments in the conversation. Settling it means downloading V9 and V14 and diffing them.

A related correction: ChatGPT's V14 model-name audit, which I first published as the loop's last real content finding, is wrong. The GE150 Pro editor's own model definitions print 01: 65 US DX, 03: US BASS 410, 13: FULL DRV and 07: YELLOW COMP, all in caps, and every spelling the audit proposed appears zero times in that file. Its two columns were reversed. Caught by the App updates session.

Twelve sends landed today before it was stopped. The ceiling it could never pass was named by ChatGPT itself from V4 onward: the tones need recording and listening tests through the actual rig, which needs a guitar in the instrument jack.

Why the rotation exists. One identical sentence sent fifty times makes ChatGPT restate its last answer. Each fire takes the next angle in the list, so the loop keeps asking a different question of the same work. The counter sits at 12, so the next fire sends angle 5.

Why there is a list. A ChatGPT conversation eventually refuses new messages with "you have reached the maximum length for this conversation." The first build of this job pointed at one thread, that thread filled up, and the job logged 90 failures in a day while still exiting 0, so launchd read a healthy service. Now a maxed thread is recorded dead and the job walks to the next id in the list.
